New or Potential Clients

New Patient appointments are temporarily on hold while we smooth out some technical issues to ensure a more fluid intake process. Please check back in May 2023. 

To become a Nature Coast Psychiatry client:

Please email office@naturecoastpsych.com with the following information:

Within 3 business days you will receive an email invitation to create a free Charm EHR patient portal account.

While you wait for Charm access, 

Patients with Private Insurance: If you would like to use private insurance to pay, please go to Advekit prior to scheduling an appointment - on average it takes about one week for them to process your insurance coverage. If this is not completed a minimum of 3 days prior to your appointment, your appointment will have to be canceled.  

Patients who plan to Self-Pay: For new patient appointments, please include in your initial email you would like to utilize self-pay and we can send you an invoice for your first appointment. This must be paid before the start of your first session or your appointment will need to be rescheduled. 

Please create a free Charm EHR patient portal account 

This will allow you to schedule your future appointments, complete screening forms, and review documentation and other resources 

Please complete all new patient paperwork (found in the questionaries tab of your Charm EHR patient portal account) prior to your first appointment
This enables us to better serve you and use your appointment time to your full advantage. 

Once completed please schedule your first appointment through the patient portal self service features (a minimum of 24 hours notice required for self service scheduled appointments).
If you are unable to schedule appointment for some reason, please message us through charm and we will schedule your first appointment for you.  
We will be unable to see clients who have not completed paperwork or self scheduled within 24 hours - unless pre approved by Nature Coast provider in writing
