New or Potential Clients
To become a Nature Coast Psychiatry client:

Name, spelled (as listed on your insurance and driver's license)

When you would like your appointment
If you plan to utilize your insurance (through Advekit billing service) or self-pay services
Unfortunately we are unable to offer sliding scale self-pay rates at this time.
Within 3 business days you will receive an email invitation to create a free Charm EHR patient portal account.
While you wait for Charm access, if you are planning to utilize your insurance, please go to Advekit and click "Book Now" to sign-up for them to process your billing at no additional cost to you. On average it takes about one week for them to process your insurance coverage.
If this is not completed a minimum of 3 days prior to your appointment, your appointment will have to be canceled.
Patients who plan to self-pay: please call (352)631-7460 to process payment prior to your visit
Please create a free Charm EHR patient portal account
This will allow you to schedule your future appointments, complete screening forms, and review documentation and other resources
Please complete all new patient paperwork (found in the questionaries tab of your Charm EHR patient portal account) prior to your first appointment
This enables us to better serve you and use your appointment time to your full advantage.
Once completed please schedule your first appointment through the patient portal self service features (a minimum of 24 hours notice required for self service scheduled appointments).
If you are unable to schedule appointment for some reason, please message us through charm and we will schedule your first appointment for you.
We will be unable to see clients who have not completed paperwork or self scheduled within 24 hours - unless pre approved by Nature Coast provider in writing.
