Payment Information

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be permanently closing in August 2023. 

So we are no longer accepting new patients. Starting in May we will no longer be accepting Medicare and encouraging all other clients to find a new prescriber prior to August. 


We are in-network for Aetna*, Cigna/EverNorth* & United HealthCare*.
*We cannot accept patients with Medicaid/Medicaid Plans as Primary or Secondary Coverage.

We are out-of-network for other PPOs (but have a billing service to assist) and are not covered by other HMOs or Medicaid

If you are planning to utilize your insurance, please go to Advekit and click "Book Now" to sign-up for them to process your billing.
On average it takes about one week for them to process your insurance coverage, so please sign up for Advekit a minimum of 7 days prior to your new patient appointment. If this is not completed a minimum of 3 days prior to your appointment, your appointment will have to be canceled.
Your bill will not be submitted to insurance until after your appointment.

In an effort to promote health equity, we utilize flat rates for self pay clients, regardless of length of appointment or whether you receive medication management, therapy, or both. We never want someone to receive less than the most therapeutic approach to their needs in an attempt to cut cost. As an independent private practice, we are unable to offer a sliding scale. 

New Patient Appointment/Psych Eval Appointment Self-Pay Rate: $200

Follow Up Appointments Self-Pay Rate: $100

For the safety of our staff and clients we do not accept cash as payment and have no cash on site. 

We legally cannot accept a client as a self pay client if they have Medicare.
